For all of you that haven’t heard me talk about my husband’s toes – they are totally grotesque. He’s a cyclist and his toes are the ugliest toes in the entire world – uglier than anything you can possibly imagine, disguisting. One of the biggest fears I have is having toes that look like his. I would post a picture of his toe, but none of you would return to my blog – ever again – it really is that bad. Any advice on getting these things to grow back to their proper shape?

I don’t have any advice but I have been really annoyed since I have started running that my toe nail polish never stays on for more then a few days. It is a waste of a pedicure!

Are they worse then our father’s toenails? Because those are pretty bad.

your toenail should eventually look normal again. i had one fall off a couple of years ago…the new toenail initially looked pretty bad but after awhile it was ok. i think it just takes some time.

Please little toenails. Don’t fall off. My feet are ugly enough as it is!

are your shoes the right size…toenails black or fallen off maybe a sign that the toe box is to small causing the toe to hit the shoe while running or cycling

Well I love the polish color and your toes look just cute as can be so stop worrying. The little piggy that had none will get some soon.

At the Danskin Tri – one of the sponsors was a toe fungus drug – appropriate to the cause I’d say.
Do we really need toe nails? Are they not just a conspiracy from the nail polish companies and the pedicure lobby to keep us buying their products?

Wear shoes that fit correctly? It sounds flippant, but I’ve never had a toenail issue (and only just recently got a blister from my shoes after wearing a “highly recommended” pair that didn’t quite feel right against my better judgement). Seriously, a great fitting set of shoes should totally take care of that – for your husband as well.
Could be a fungus… if you Google “toenail fall off” you’ll get lots of information!
well i think that you should just cut off your toe!! Its the only way you can live!! i don’t know what else to say! There is a great phacility in south bend beach!!
