Quail Run Killer Hill Training

This morning’s run was hill training . . . I think a good substitute for my long lost and dearly missed buttcamp *a moment of silence please*. 5.32 miles – here are my splits and an elevation chart. I’m not sure how these hills compare to others, but this is hilly for our area.
