What was delightfully sore has turned into excruciating pain. I won’t have to worry about overeating today because I really don’t think I can lift my hand to my mouth or get my ass out of my chair.
Crazy trainer man had me run 4 miles at my Anaerobic Threshold. I maintained my HR between 173-178 bpm for 44 minutes and 23 seconds – not super fast for 4 miles, but certainly challenging to stay at that rate and not go over or under. About mile three I really wanted to kick up the speed and just churn out the last mile – but no, that wasn’t allowed – trainer has some secret way of adjusting the treadmill speed and incline when I’m not looking. That’s so not fair.
The crazy man also says no coffee before class . . . that’s just insanity talking.
