This morning was an easy three-mile run with Massoman. I forgot to stop my watch but I’m guessing the pace was around 10:30 min/per mile. This was my first run since Monday and it was nice to hit the road again. Slowly, my motivation is returning and must I keep reminding myself that my priority at the moment is fueling my body properly not increasing my speed or mileage too quickly – although four days between runs is not exactly ideal.
Food. I’ve spent the past week documenting every single bit of food that goes into my mouth. It’s a lot of work, but I am determined. I’m not really learning anything new about my eating habits, but being accountable does make a difference. Click here to view a sample of my food log from this week – boring and blah.
My uterus on the other hand is neither boring nor blah. My doctor’s visit did not go as well as I had hoped. It turns out the easiest and most desirable treatment solution for fibroids is not really an option for me. Leave it to my uterus to be difficult. I head back to the gynecologist next Wednesday for dildo-cam #2 – new, improved and dye injected.
