This is why every dog needs his own iMac. And a sweater. I think the fact that I make my dog and my computer entertain me speaks volumes about me. On the other hand, I think the fact that I knit (well, buy or force others to knit) sweaters for my dog to cover his shameful, shameful nakedness and I spend hours making faces at my precious to keep her entertained also speaks volumes. I may burn the lasagna, but I have a harmonious give-and-take relationship with my dog. And my computer. Um, yeah.
So, Tuesday was 1 hour of swimming followed by a 30 minute run, Wednesday I had a hormone headache that even puppy/Mac porn couldn’t help, and today was a really good 34 minute run. (Please note I did not round down…this is Texas heat damnit! Those 4 minutes count!) And shoe shopping, which is only fair as I’ve lain off the avocados.

Just had to pop in to say I get the best comments when I wear my Rowdy shirt!! Good work on the run AND the swim. And the fat? I had no idea how much I was eating. It’s amazing.

dooood. avamacados, linseed/flaxseed, oily fish, nuts and extra voigin olive oils are all okay. they an keep the blood shugga stable and help you to feel full. just don’t eat it with chips. i find a nice avocado and chicken on rye is great. half a sammy, too. it’s plenty.
oh, and 6 might not have been the ideal number in a week. anyhoo don’t take them away, just do 2-3 a week.
