Last Thursday morning was a great day for a run. The 5AM weather was cool, my buddies Marathena and Massoman were by my side and I was fueled by new tunes from Fergie and Christina. All seemed right with the world as I took my new Nike iPod Sport kit out for its the very first run.
All seemed better with the world as I touched Nano’s button and she gave my pace: 8:36 minutes per mile. What? Wow! I love you Nano. I continued to push Nano’s button another 20 times or so and enjoyed her sexy exaggerated lies. But unfortunatley, running is the one thing I don’t exaggerate about – quite possibly the only thing I don’t exaggerate about.
Here’s the scenario:
Garmina: 4.67 miles at 10:15 pace
Nano: 5.65 miles at 8:28 pace (lick you Nano)
Garmina: 5:01 miles at 12:28 pace
Nano: .31 miles at 3:18:43 pace (am I a snail?)
Calling all Nike iPod Sport Kit Experts. Anyone had this problem? How can I fix? True to Runner Susan style, I’d much rather read your comments than the instruction manual for help.
