Re yesterday’s: Marathon race pace is usually slower than training pace, so you’re OK. Although they hurt, try a weekly 3k time trial. That should have the effect of improving your training pace.

that really is an amazing picture! you can’t judge the quality of the camera looking at a picture on the screen, but you can definitely judge the quality of the photographer! excellent. you should do something creative like design headers or something. oh wait….
