Today was just a 30 minute run and weights. I’ve discovered that weight lifting turns me into a bottomless pit. Actually, that’s not true – I have ample bottom. I’m not sure where this is going. So I’ll be gone.
Arm Extenions
4 reps of 15 x 40 lbs
Arm Curls
4 reps of 15 x 45 lbs
Lat Pulls
4 reps of 15 x 65 lbs
Abs machine
2 reps of 50 x 30 lbs
Back Extension
2 reps of 50 x 65 lbs
