Today was just a 30 minute run and weights. I’ve discovered that weight lifting turns me into a bottomless pit. Actually, that’s not true – I have ample bottom. I’m not sure where this is going. So I’ll be gone.

Arm Extenions
4 reps of 15 x 40 lbs

Arm Curls
4 reps of 15 x 45 lbs

Lat Pulls
4 reps of 15 x 65 lbs

Abs machine
2 reps of 50 x 30 lbs

Back Extension
2 reps of 50 x 65 lbs

if you get all buff, get a fake tan, wear a bikini that is yanked up your pink smiley and flex on a stage under a flood of lights, i’m going to have to hit you!

good on you for the weights, but if i see a life-size cardboard cutout of you at GNC….
