Tragically, too much sake results in taking pictures at sushi restaurant. It also results in writing poetry about fish. Which I shall spare you. And you shall thank me.
That looks like the pretty authentic sushi Susan. You use chopsticks too! Even after living in Japan for over 10 years I still surprise the locals by not eating with my hands. You often get people saying, in somewhat of a surprised tone, “you can use chopsticks?” I’m still waiting for my chance to ask a Japanese restaurant goer the same question about knifes and forks.
