Tomorrow is running in the morning and bootcamp in the later morning. Gotta make up those sick days.
I gotta get back to weights. Gosh, it’s so easy to just leave that out…but I love how it makes me feel. Hope your feeling better!

That must mean your feeling better? I enjoy weights but will be toning it down in mid to late January as I my marathon training will start to pick up

I think the tricep things are officially called overhead rows. I do prefer tricep things instead. Either way they are definitely going to leave a mark!
