Boot camp with Coach Devil was horrible today. Wretched, painful and exhausting. I wanted to vomit on crunch 100 and scream, “I hate you.” on ball push-up number, ‘I can’t count that high’. It was one of those days where you question why the hell you put yourself through such anguish . . . then in the mirror on your way out the door you notice that your ass is a little bit higher than it was last week.
