So Ready

Kenza participated in a soccer tournament all weekend. I’m still cold. I’m about ready to punch the person who decided that an outdoor soccer tourney in January was a good idea.

I’m ready for summer.
I’m ready for a tan.
I’m ready to be a bikini goddess.

I ran 4 miles with Deana and Massoman on Sunday morning. Massoman and BW are back from London. The 4 miles flew by listening to pig tales! I think I’m inspired for an international rbf meet-up now!

Outdoor soccer in the winter just ain’t cool, no pun intended, unless you are playing at Disney…

You live in Dallas and you’re complaining about the cold? My son’s U6/U7 team played on a frozen field this weekend! ;-)

Outdoor soccer can be a good or a bad idea, it depends by the place.
You are ready to be a bikini goddess, we are ready to watch……..that post.

Come to Australia! Come to Australia! Did I mention it’s summer here at the moment – they are predicting another beautiful 98*F day in beautiful Sydney today…..Snow, what’s that? ;-)

BTW, a red belly black snake is one of the better snakes you could be bitten by. A bite would make you pretty sick & wouldn’t kill ya (unless you went hours & hours & hours without treatment) but they are quiet shy things & don’t normally hang around to say hello. Now the brown snake – that’s one you don’t want to come across…..

But don’t worry – when you come to visit we won’t take you anywhere near a possible sighting! I have never actually seen a snake – yet!

Oh and I carry all my kit in a Camelbak – I’ve got one hat carries 3ltr of water.

I’m so with you on the summer – just a couple days of warm sunny weather would go a long way right now . .

i loved winter soccer. but then again, i was running around expending energy. i did NOT like it when the ball hit my thigh. left a nice geometric patch pattern. oh the glory days before leggings.

you should have attached a long flag and spent the game running laps around the field. you would have been supportive of the team, working out, and making sure kenza does not stay at home too long once grown up.

Susan, it could be worse. It is only 9 here and a low of 0 (not including the -12 wind chill). :D

I’ve been staring at your masthead … and if you squint you an make out two rabbits heading in opposite directions ….. which isn’t nearly as obvious as the vagina in the top left corner!
