At the beginning of every month in booty camp we do tests to see how our fitness has improved. Here are my results January to February. I was pleasantly surprised at how much my push-ups increased per minute. I can’t wait until I can bench 100 pounds. I’ve always been a weenie arm girl.

Congrats, Susan. There’s nothing like seeing success!! I had to stop my pushups b/c of the stupid arthritis. I’m hoping to get back to them.
Wow! Who needs pounds lost when you can see body fat measurements like that? You lost over 1% – that is amazing!
For me nothing is more inspirational than my own progress. If that is true for you then you should be feeling VERY inspired right about now.

Nice job on the push up improvement. I was going to give you a hard time about only doing 3 in January, but I won’t. Of course maybe simply mentioning that I was going to give you a hard time is the same thing as giving you a hard time.

That’s WAY cool. I don’t even think I could do 3 real pushups. Just wanted to stop by and say ‘hi’, as I’ve been reading for a while and just started a blog of my own. Looks like we’re neighbors (sort of)–I live in The Big D. Keep up the impressive stats!

Okay. You win. I got down to see how many push ups I could do in a minute. I guess I still have a bum shoulder. After four in about fifteen seconds, I was toast. I might have done six or seven with pain, but NO. Something else for me to work on.
On the other hand, I will not share with you my single digit body fat count.
Can’t wait for March results!
