I am running the Indianapolis Mini Marathon on May 5th. So I’m thinking I’m going to have to start training soon. Like real soon. Like right now, maybe. I found a quickie Hal Higdon Half-Mara training program . . . and I’ll start reading it right now. My life has been so hectic I haven’t had any time to mention that my boobs are shrinking. And I’m only 12.6 pounds away from my goal weight. And today, I’m trying to sabotage it all by eating everything I can get my hands on.

PS – LOL! my boobs are shrinking 😉 mine have too, but that’s a good thing for me.
I find with the wieght loss inevitably there is boob loss. You have to find the happy medium 🙂
Isn’t it easier to run with less?? The only time I had boobs is when they were full with milk. Running wise, I was not sad to see them go.
my boobs are growing for the 1st time since i was 11 (besides when i was pregnant) i’d take the weight loss! there is always a push up padded scented bra out there somewhere to enhance!
Susan, I had the same problem when I lost weight loss. SO sad, but not as bad as I thought.
fortunately for men our “measured parts” get bigger with weight loss. (or at least you can see more of it…)

I’m sure you will have plenty of boobs left when you reach your ideal weight. I’m speculating here, entirely 😉

I wholeheartedly agree. I am a runner and I need boobs in my life too.
Boobs are over rated. Go for the weight lose; you’ll feel better.

Why, why, why are the boobs always the 1st to go when we lose weight? It especially sucks for those of us who were not well endowed in the 1st place!
Congrats on being so close to your target weight – boobs or no boobs! You have plenty of time to get ready for a 1/2 marathon.
if it makes you feel any better, i have a half-mary march 31st, and my longest run to date was a 4 or 5 miler yesterday.

boobs are a pain in the ass. but food tastes good. eat.
Boobs are nothing but fat cells (except when we are pregnant) so enjoy less of them and you can wear the cute cami tops bra-less.
