I missed a lot of workouts in February, and it shows. I’m back on track and expecting better results for April. And to all of you who mock my number push-ups per minute . . . phooey . . . do you even know what a real push-up is? More on the push-up debate later, I must go and slather up my newly defined muscles now.

I thought a push-up was a bra?
That’s smokin’ progress, Susan. Congratulations! 🙂
Keep at it, Susan.
I couldn’t do 11 push ups in an hour! Way to go. Those numbers look great!
I’m definitely not mocking your pushups/minute. If you gave me an hour I still couldn’t manage one!
“real push ups”?! I don’t believe in them. 🙂 Good job, Susan. Keep it up.
nice pups.
but can you really go all the way down, ms bodacious tatas? aren’t you cheating by resting on your dirty pillows?
Having just started back on weights in the last week while I am getting over a shin splint injury, I can attest that your numbers on the push-ups are very impressive.
Let me see if I got this straight: Slacker February = lower body fat.
And what are we trying to accomplish?
those are great numbers!
I can only do 5 push ups and I doubt they are even real ones! I am impressed!
