I can’t believe it, yesterday I actually ran 6.5 miles. Slowly, but yes, I ran them. And I ran them with a few hills and a little bit of sun. It was awesome and I needed the reinforcement; now I know I’ll be able to finish the 5-Mile Indianapolis Shamrock Run with my sister on Friday.
This morning was boot camp and upper-body powerlifting. Now I’m totally whipped.
Nice job on the mileage Susan! Have fun running w/ your sis this weekend!
Good luck in the 5-mile race! Looking forward to a race recap …
Your sister is in the same race? Okay people. I am starting a pool. I pick Runner Susan to win by at least 30 seconds. Anybody want some of that action?
How lovely! Have a fantastic run with your sis. Looking forward to the photos!
Great job on the run. Those mentally tough ones are always good to draw strength from. While I’m healing until the first part of April from my left shin injury, I’ll continue to live vicariously through your race efforts and those of others. Go get ’em!
I’m in David.
Great run there susan!
Yay for miles! And better yet – yay for sun!
6.5 miles is good. Have a great run with your sister.
Well, I guess I won’t see you at the Two Rows Dash Down Greenville 5K on Saturday then. Good luck in your 5-miler!
Wow! You’re still a runner Susan. Good stuff. And you’re still starting your sentences with and.
And you’ve convinced me to vote for a person, not a party.
Good luck at the 5 miler!
congrats! I’m inspired!
Have a great race this weekend! I also love the great banner. 🙂
Come on, we know Runner Susan, finisher of 26.2s, can finish a measly 5 miles. That’s not even a warmup for you, that’s a hiccup.

Of course you can run 5 miles, silly girl. Have fun!
