Before the snow yesterday I went out and ran 3 miles very early with Massoman. The original plan was to run 5 but it was cold and I was underdressed. For some reason I thought it was going to be 57 and by the time I arrived my car said 41 degrees, so showed up in shorts and a long-sleeved shirt. Massoman let me borrow one of his weatherproof jackets, but Massoman is 7 feet tall and the jacket went down to my knees and filled up air while I was running. My shadow looked like a giant barrel with legs. Despite that, it was a great run 29:44 putting me just under a 10-minute mile.
After my 3-mile run I went to a Pilates class that proceeded to kick my ass. Actually, kick my abs is more like it. It was so hard and I hate to admit it, but I don’t have abs, I was born with out them. Just kidding, but reckon my abs are the weakest part of my body.
Okay, this was terribly written, but I wrote this after a glass a wine or two . . . and I deserved it.

Hey Susan, how about lunch or coffee next week?
Every mile counts! And the hair cut is too cute! Of course, you look great all the time.
A glass of wine after all that is well-deserved.
A good run and pilates is not so easy to do!.

And drink not to much

Hey Susan,
Love your dogs! The one with the red sweater is one angry looking dog!
The vigil is over. She ran again. And drank some more too.
Good run Susan.
Keep working on them – the ‘after’ abs photo will be keenly awaited.
God I love wine
