- I ran eight miles yesterday and for six of those I felt like a rock star
- It was worth it because the night before was date night and I drank two margaritas
- My cankle is back even more cankley than it was after the Austin Marathon
- The top of my foot is swollen and bruised to match the cankle
- My disappearing leg syndrome is back
- The on-again off-again poison ivy rash I have had since last June is back, and apparently, to stay
- My left ear lobe is red and swollen
- I was making the bed last week and messed up my lower back – now I walk like a hunchback
- The trees are budding and my eyes are crusted shut and swollen for a large portion of the day
- I think I need new allergy medicine
- My pee smells funny

ROFL!!! Very cute list. I hope you feel better. Allergies SUCK!
OMG – in the olden days when people had ailments they were went to the mountains to live in the clean mountain air. I think it’s time for Runner Susan’s great escape to Taos or some other spa rich environment like that.
yet you post no photos.
i think you need a spa treatment. taos. go. now. listen to 21CM. she knows about spas. oh, and pole dancing and legal brothels in Alaska.
sounds like a rough day. Hope tomorrow brings you a better list!
um, call an ambulance. you may be dying.
Usually I like lists but yours is really gross.
There are a couple of lessons in there… run six miles and don’t make the bed.
Of some things, we don’t need photos. Thanks Susan.
It can only get better, right?
I think you’re falling apart piece by piece… and eating too much asparagus!
Oh no! I hope you start to feel better soon. Good luck with the cankle. Have you gotten it checked out to rule out a stress fracture?
