Having one Australian Shepherd is like having five very active dogs. Having two Australian Shepherds is like having an enormous pack of wild dingos living in your house. And training two wild dingos is nearly, if not totally, impossible. Therefore, Cherry Berry has gone to Anti-Dingo puppy camp. We get frequent visitation, but we miss that wild Aussie. Three more weeks to go. Our little girl is growing up so fast.

Wow! She is getting big! Hopefully she won’t forget all that training when she comes home!
Had an Australian shepard for a while. They are All energy, all the time.
Hey there – not to be a know-it-all or anything….but I have Dobermans. Another very HIGH enery breed. I also do Dobe rescue, and we usually advise againest sending your dog away for training. I hope you found a really good trainer, someone you trust, not to hurt your dog. Good luck, hope it works out.
They grow up sooooo quick :-/
And that’s why I’m a wussy cat owner.
She’ll be so well trained that flocks of wild sheep will start appearing in your back yard.
Wow! She’s a big girl!
I hope the training camp pays off. She’ll be back before you know it.
In my experience I have found that the most effective training is not of the dog but the owner. Good luck. AND PAY ATTENTION!
Hey! I see you got Donkey a sister! OMG! She looks just like my Border/Aussie, Noah. I mean spitting image! I’ll have to send pics!
