Yesterday I ran the Butterfly Boogie 5k with buddies Tracy, Deana and Cindy. It was good to have the whole gang back again. I did okay – 29:09 unofficial.

My plan was to run the 10k but my ankle decided otherwise. Is it me, or can you tell a difference too? The distance between swelling gets shorter and shorter. Woe is me.

Damn. That is quite the cankle.
Crap in a hat!! That is ridiculous!
Please see a doctor about the ankle, Susan. It looks very serious.
Did you borrow one of those warped mirrors from the Fun House to take the photo of that ankle? That thing is so distorted. I would be checking it out if I were you. It’s been too long that way.
I am thinking that looks bad.
Oy. You need to see a doctor before that thing gets so big you have to stop wearing your beloved heels.
Good 5k Susan – only 1:41 away from your PB. Good stuff!
Yes, I can tell. The left one has a Tatt.

A good time and go to the doktor!…

Gotta love ankles
mines like Mr StayPuft at the moment.
Ouch – that 2nd picture looks painful! Do you plan to see the doctor? And this probably means no Big D half for you, eh?
hey, someone’s implants have fallen a bit low.
Yikes … get to the doctors!
So, no square dancing this week then?
I am sorry, but that doesn’t look good at all. You should really get it checked out by a doctor!
That definately looks like you did some photoshop action on it- OUUUWWWIEEEEE.
Not good.
Not good at all!
That looks suspiciously like a cankle to me.
HAHA you got fat ankle!! JK! Go to the doctor’s!! NOW
Becareful about crankle and how it heals. I recently found out that the problems I’m having now are related to my sprained ankle from 4 years ago…yikes.
Other muscles took over for my week ankle and worked harder. Some muscles became very lazy. Eventually the hard working ones complained. The good news is that a couple of months of physio have things back to working much better.
So see a sports DR and then get back out there in fine form.
