I really need a new Garmina. Mine is dying a slow and painful death. I ran what I think was 5.66 miles today, but I have no clue how slow it was. Still, Sue and Paul put me at 5.66, which – if you are paying attention Coach David – is .66 miles over my schedule so far this week. It’s not often I’m an over-doer, so I must point these things out so they are not to be missed.

Strong work, Runner Susan. Way to get the job done.
You never called…I am going to be flabby forever…hehehe
Oh, I am off tomorrow…
You need to get a Polar. I got a s625x and like it better than the 305 I used to have…
Nice job on the 5.66…
Nice job on overdoing it!
I have one of the old Garmins – the 205, or something like that. The pin on the wristband has been broken *forever*, so I have to carry it. I was just thinking, the other day, that maybe it was time for a new Garmin. But the 205 was my *first*. I have my first half-marathon and a 5K PR on that thing! And there’s really nothing wrong with it. PK, that settles it … I’m keeping it. At least until the kids are grown and out of the house.
I heart your new template.
Hi Susan, it’s been a long time. You inquired sometime ago as to my whereabouts.
The short answer is that I’m on my way back, fresh from a spectacular finish in the Ironman Descent to Hell (i.e. the death and destruction of all things healthy).
I intend to start blogging again within the week and eventually my blog will be renamed to “I BELIEVE that I will. I’m looking forward to getting caught up.
You overachiever you. Interesting new layout you got here.
When you overachieve in so many other aspects of life it is important to do likewise on your marathon training. Way to go girl.
