So, how did you get your Timex to stay at your finishing time. Whenever I stop mine, it starts up again in several seconds (like a lap counter). I suspect there’s some way to fix it, but…then I’d have to read the manual (or even find the little thing)…
Holy moly !!! I am a whiner. I am not a big fan of running in HOT weather. Running in HOT climate and able to clock in 3:31:42 in almost 18 miles in quite phenomenal. Way to go! This bring me memory of when I ran in 18 miles race last year in 91 degrees and my timing was like 3 hr and 40 minutes. Hat off to you!
How were the shoes? Way to go Suz!
Good gracious, 17 MILES? I guess I always knew a marathon was 26.? miles, but MAN, 17 miles is a loooooong way!
Super job Suzie!
wow that seems like a lot for 63 days out…or maybe i’ve just gotten so lazy I forget what real distance training is..
17 miles deserves at least one full bottle of wine..all by yourself!
Wow! Impressive! My knees would never hold out for 17 miles. I have to start running for cyclocross but it ain’t gonna be no 17 miles.
Nice job Susan!
Nice run! Nice legs below as well 🙂
you go girlfriend.
3:31! Wow…you rock!

Isn’t 17.83 enough? It would be enough for me! Especially in new shoes.
Most excellent…now sit back and enjoy the spoils of your victory.
Nice…seriously. Way to reach into the suitcase of courage to pull out a handful of awesome.
…just saying.
Nice job, Susan!
Ya got more in you that I got in me. 🙂
3:31?!
it’s time for gilligan’s island!
Looks like all that legwork is paying off. Sorry the new shoes caused blisters. That wasn’t very nice of them, now was it?
Well done! Blistery from the new or the old?
17 in this shit (heat) is fawking outstanding.
Wow!
*bowing down*
It was soooo hot – I really have to give you major kudos for getting those miles in. Great job!!!
Gosh …. only 9 more miles to go!
Boy I can be nasty.
Oh yikes! Wow!
Good run Susan!
