I know you all are going to be heartbroken because we don’t have any alien video footage this week. Instead, we opted for the good old-fashioned camera. Although, I really need to have a talk with the sun gods to see if we can get a little light at 5 AM. Once again, there’s plenty of junk in my trunk – get over it and move on.
This morning I ran 15 200s with 100m walk recovery. My goal was to not go too fast and keep them all around 50 seconds or less, per Ewen’s guidance. I did pretty good keeping with that, but I really feel like I could put a little more umph into it and go faster. The shorter recovery did make it a little harder towards the end. I am loving this workout! Click on a picture to enlarge it.

Also, according to track1.jpg and track3.jpg, you’ve got frickin’ laser eyes!
PEW! PEW! PEW!
Suz,
Great work this morning! We might not have had video, but the aliens were still with us…alien eyed Susan!
Looking good! Check out those cut legs! I marvel at how you get going that early in the morning. It is 10 a.m. here and I am still trying to get myself geared up.

Susan will be back!
I can see your teenage running form in those photos Susan – you were well coached. Or maybe Cindy has been coaching you?
No harm in going a little faster. I think there’s a 5k runner in there somewhere, hiding behind that marathoner
I thought these were the steps to some new Runner Susan dance.
