Leg Torture #15: Without Legs

You’ll notice that there isn’t any leg torture in the leg torture workout today – because yesterday’s stellar 18-miler was torture enough. Instead, we opted for Cindy’s Upper Body/Abdominal Filthy Fifty Torture.

We do 50 reps of each exercise – which I sliced down to just a few reps for your 3 minutes and 45 seconds of viewing hilarity. However, I left all 50 reps of the last exercise because my arms are so whipped you would think that 25-pound bar weighed 250 pounds. It was pretty pathetic but I really wanted my free FF T-shirt.

Look at those triceps!! Whoot Whoo! (that’s a wolf whistle). Totally worth the torture.

50 reverse crunches would have been enough to reduce me to tears.

you make me feel flabby and guilty – I do no strength exercises whatsoever. must start that. glad to see the gravatar thing finally worked!

Saw the Filth Fifty on Crossfit and it almost killed everyone. I’ll probably start coming up with my exercises and join the club.

No, it was hilarious enough without that KT, but Susan crying would have been good.

Cindy, Susan has to give back the shirt! It was only 49! Number 35 is missing!

I went to the gym last night and tried your workout (except the jumping up one).

OMG!

Seriously the overhead shoulder press, I was almost crying. The push ups, after 31, I lay on my stomach and had a nap.

I really liked the workout (minus the pain and humiliation) it did my entire upper body and abs and it was pretty quick.
