Done. 3 hours 39 minutes and 55 seconds. Perfect weather, lots of hills, and I felt really great. I’ve never been so prepared for a marathon, I’m not sure what to expect.
Things are going to be good this time.

Well done. You’re well prepared. A new PR in the making?
Holy! That was fast Susan! I think you should go for under four hours. I really think you can do it. You’ve been a machine.
That’s an outstanding time! This will be a good one as long as you remember not to go out too fast. Don’t let a nice 20 miler make you forget that Golden rule. Sounds like if you pace yourself you will have a fabulous marathon.
