I have to be honest, at first I was a little disappointed that she didn’t pick the violin or cello, but now that I see the raw talent, I totally and completely understand. And the little toe-tapping thing she does, makes me insanely happy!

I think it’s cool that your daughter chose such a great instrument.
Go Kenza – tap,tap, tap…
Female trombone players are awesome! For more reasons than the fact that I was one!
I loved the ‘pulled face’ at the end – classic!
Good job Kenza. Your talent as a musician is up there with your mum’s as a sprinter.
hey, i have some extra fat on my booty if you’d like to apply some to those toothpick thighs of hers.
do you feed her? does she have to run around in the shower to get wet? were we really once like that? do i sound bitter?
i see a jazz scholarship in the future. be prepared for some interesting boyfriends named dizz, mankind, hotstuff coolness, all wearing berets.
Go Kenza Go! Trombone players rock! Especially girl trombone players!
I used to play that thing, ah the memories. Even with braces on my teeth. Made my mouth bleed! And the little flicker thingy at the end that lets all the spit run out. Who can’t love an instrument that sounds like toots from a big bean eating man.
Get her to belt out when the Saints Come Marching Home …. sheer bliss.
Go Kenza! That’s quite a heavy instrument to lug around. A great way to stay fit! That said, I hope neither one of my girls come home with such a loud instrument.
I’d be proud too, that’s some instrument. Maybe she’ll go all the way to the top and land in the Macy’s parade!
Aaaaw! Goooooo Kenza!
She must have good lungs like her mom.
Hey, I played Trombone for six years in middle and high school. It’s a cool instrument. We could make sounds no one else could make, especially in all of the Christmas/Holiday music. Definitely a fun instrument. Also useful for making “rude” or inappropriate sounds!
COOL! Tell Kenza trombones rock! Samantha plays the trombone too in her 7th grade band and Steph plays the trumpet – none of that sissy flute thingy.
This is them at their Spring concert http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEt5oiU1zgs
