I know, putting on a dress for the band recital is the end of the world, but all I’m asking for is one smile. It took 34 snaps to get this teeny tiny smile and I had to threaten her with 3 hours of an Olan Mills portrait sitting to get it. When I look at her, I still can’t believe she came out of my uterus . . . she’s so beautiful and growing up too fast.
