I did the Jogg’r Egg Nogg’r many years ago, when I was underage. They didn’t police the egg nog very carefully (read: at all), and that it didn’t matter anyways—turns out I don’t like it, either!
I was at my first club volleyball tournament at 7:30 Sat morning, and back again 7:30 Sun morning. Are you guys doing this? If not, see what you have to look forward to?
First off, great blog. I have been checking-in on Runner Susan over the last few weeks and thought now may be a good time to reach out. You are doing an excellent job of creating community and interest with your writing.
My name is Ryan and I’d like to know if you’d be interested in trying-out and reviewing (on your site/blog) an innovative new laundry solution for activewear clothing – ProWash activewear detergent.
As you may already know, most athletic clothing these days is designed to retain sweat and maintain a dry feel to the skin, enhancing athletic performance and experience. However, when these same clothes are washed after a workout, ordinary laundry detergents are unable to remove the odors and bacteria, leaving them stuck in the nooks and crannies of high performance fabric. Fortunately, the creators of Dry Cleaner’s Secret have engineered an innovative solution: ProWash. Now, consumers have a product they can trust to quickly and easily clean and eliminate odors, bacteria and stains from activewear clothing.
Do you think you would be interested in trying it out and posting a review about it on your site/blog? If so, all I need is your name and mailing address and I’ll mail you a full-sized container of ProWash to experience for yourself.
Thank you for your kind consideration and I look forward to hearing from you. Keep up the great work with your site/blog!
i think i’ll have to run races pretending i’m running with you. those were great times. when i look back on my 6 weeks back home, i will count running with an incomplete stranger (you’re not really a complete one) among the highlights. you made running fun and easy. sigh.
now i run like garbo.
did you know that krispy kreme has a challenge race? run 5k, down a dozen and run back? something like that. hm… i think we can do it.
or that marathon in france that takes you by the wineries. hmmm… me plots.
pictures speak a thousand words. you both look so cute.
So, how many races is it this month? You are an inspiration! I’ll be going down to the basement to do my 30 minutes on the treadmill soon. 🙂
Those are some crazy tights! I wonder if egg nog is a good recovery drink?
Suz,
Looks like more fun racing!
Better to have ran yesterday, warm and windy, than today, Sunday, when it’s 27f and windy. Where can I get a pair of those britches??
Stay tuned…
Got Nog? Those tights are too cool….
MMmmmm… Nog.

Katy’s doesn’t match her hair! Yours looks natural Susan 🙂 Were you running in sisterly stilettos?
Katy does seem to be a fan of the swirlies and paisleys. 🙂
Where is this race? That looks fun! I don’t like Eggnog, but you look like you had a great time tossing a few back!
Looks like a lot of fun! I love anything involving egg nog.
Ack…egg nog then running…I don’t think my tummy would like that too much…
BUT you two are adorable!
Give her back!

I think if you refrained from writing about boobcamps etc you might redress the balance a bit.
