d’Arenberg, The Stump Jump, Red Blend, 2006

in Under $10.00,Wine Reviews

Those crazy Aussies – The Stump Jump? Yeah, that’s a weirdo name for a wine – but go figure, it’s from d’Arenberg  – the same producers of The Dead Arm; which is one of my favorites – but pretty pricey at $60.00 a bottle. But The Stump Jump? $7.99. No Joke. I wonder if all amputated wines are so delicious. And, of course, the cap screws like a good Aussie wine. This wine is 70% Grenache, 20% Shiraz and 10% Mourvedre blend.

stumpjump.
