Oh my goodness Internet People, it was a brave day in the world of rolling. I took the rollers over to Cindy’s house for her to try . . . and she made this video and it is the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. Ranking up there with the track torture in the dark video.
Warning: The technical lingo may blow your mind.
And yes, I forgot my spanky pants and those are sweat pants rolled up to my knees.
I’d like to point out that we found out after the video that the rubber thing connecting the rollers was off. I’m not sure of the professional term word, but I’m sure you know what that is – you can hear it in the background if you put your ear really close to the speaker.

Suz,
We gotta start getting paid for this quality information! You are the best teacher ever!
Love the subtitles, but we foreigners need them for all spoken words because of your funny accents.
Cindy’s a show-off! She must have a great teacher. I like how you taught her to lean her shoulder on the door frame. You’d both be great in a bunch sprint (that’s a cycling term – like rubber thing).
Now I want a video with no bumpers
Ooh – it’s 2.10am. Go back to bed Susan!
Love the transparency (“We’ll have to cut that”) and the We TV kind of conversations (“Your outfit’s color matches the step”). The Internet People approve of this message and loved the written commentary. Cindy really is a fast learner.
Cindy is a roller queen!!! Wow!! Must be all that great instruction!
I can’t wait to see you move out of the doorway! There is a great you tube video out there somewhere of some guy just going to town on his rollers. I think I had it on my blog a few years ago. I’ll have to dig that up.
ROLLERCINDY.COM!!!
Great job gals.
Ok, I have to buy one of those!!! Where did you get it and is there a certain brand or anything? Thanks!!
okay, at first I’d stick with my trainer. After watching that, I think rollers are pretty cool!
I am so filled with pride every time I see you on those rollers. You are my idol!
And Kudos to Cindy for giving it a spin.
Are you completely bruised from running into your walls? I think I still want one of those things…
I agree…bumpers are always good!
Oh, THOSE kind of rollers. All of this time I thought you were writing about your hair or sumthin’
Stay tuned…
That thing looks mental.
YIKES – that looks dangerous.
you look like a character from peanuts with your sweatpants rolled up like that and little white anklets.
Thanks…after 20 years of riding, watching you finally made me get off my butt and try some rollers.
I pwned them within 8 minutes. Even put my TT bike on them later and rode in the aerobars. Rollers rock.
