Enough with the videos already. Okay, okay. But I’m on a roll and I’ve forgotten all the ways of grammar and spelling.

Seriously, this workout kicked my butt. This isn’t even all the workouts, but multiply it times three and Runner Susan was whipped.

Bulgarian split squats are one of my favorite things, right up there with spring sunshine and mountain air and all that crap.

There’s that word again. Cindy is so innovative with those exercises – always something new. Don’t you just love it how her counting gets slower and slower!
