No crits for chef…I’m guessing he’s melted into a moody pile of self loathing. At least that would be what would happen to me.

About that “try”-athlete thing….just remember….tryathletes are weird. Just remember – the dudes wear half shirts and like to ride alone. Cyclists are social. We talk to each other, eat, drink, and stare at each other’s butts for hours on end.

I am sure the Chef is happier to see the Martini Twins out riding than anything. although that eye injury does not sound good.

Whether running or riding you do seem to find the right way to “enhance” the experience. That’s what I miss.
