As for the wine, is it a blend of berries and oak? I’ll have to look it up. Thanks I learn so much from your critiques….
I just looked it up and as the name states they (the ducks) are Hooded Mergansers (duh!). I’m going to have to try some, the description of the wine sounds lovely.
Me and red wine don’t mix especially the next morning. Give a chardonnay or Riesling – you are now talking.
Must be some good stuff. Is the photo sideways because of the alcohol content?
