Dinner: 1 c. barilla plus pasta with feta, pine nuts, green onion, balsamic vinigar and olive oil – 317 calories, 1/2 glass red wine – 45 calories.
Running total: 1360 calories consumed. (1065) Calories burned: 295
Workout – ran 2.5 miles – 10:15 min per mile, walked .5 miles – where the hell is my 9 min mile!
